Haefliger's Cottage

HAEFLIGER'S COTTAGE 1860's: The second cottage in Hill End used by the Bathurst Regional Arts Gallery(BRAG) for their residency program, Haefliger's has long been the home of artists. The cottage was once owned by artist Jean Bellette and husband Paul Haefliger during the 1940's. Past artistic visitors here have ranged from greats such as Russell Drysdale to John Olsen. Open Day guests are also allowed to view the current visiting artists studio and works.
